We want you to be fully satisfied with your gym gear. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
* Unused and in its original packaging.
* Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
* Hygiene Note: For health and safety reasons, certain items like sweatbands, towels, or intimate apparel cannot be returned if the seal is broken or the item has been worn.
3. Return Shipping
* Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
* Tracking: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
* Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 to 14 business days.
* Delays: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
